comfortable beds early access
Our room had comfortable beds. A HUGE television was also included. Celia was helpful. She allowed us access to the spa for a shower and secured early access to our room.
The hotel building needs refurbishment. It is a bit dark.

convenient location easy access well-kept room
i found the location convenient for exploring. circular quay is a short walk. the room was well kept and clean. i really liked how the bathroom had a separate door you can close off (it is perfect for families!).
i noticed the gym equipment looked slightly outdated. some treadmills showed wear and tear. it could use some refreshing.

the room included a king-size bed with plush bedding and a selection of pillows. a spacious work desk with ample lighting was also present. the bathroom featured a separate shower and a deep soaking tub.

the concierge provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. the staff promptly addressed my requests for extra towels and toiletries. they delivered them within minutes (i was very happy with the speed).

central location breakfast options well kept pool dated room small bathroom weak water pressure
the hotel does have a very central location. Breakfast had lots of options to choose. The pool was also nice and well kept.
the room i stayed in felt dated. The bathroom seemed particularly small for the price i payed. i was not happy with the weak water pressure in the shower, IT was annoying.

a decent place
city view efficient housekeeping nice location old pool few options small gym
i had a great room it came with city views. housekeeping was very efficient the room was always clean. location was nice too very close to bus stops.
the pool looked very old it needs an update. there were few options to sit outside at the hotel. i think the gym could have been bigger too.
